2. No Guarantee of Results; Informational Content

Pest control outcomes depend on many factors specific to each property. Information on the Site does not guarantee specific results. Any service guarantees apply only as expressly stated in a written service agreement.

3. Quotes, Scheduling & Services

Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not create a binding service contract. Service availability, scope, pricing, and any guarantees are confirmed at the time of inspection and set out in a separate service agreement. We may decline or discontinue service at our discretion.

3.1 Service Agreements

Pest-control services are governed by the written service agreement signed by the customer. If there is any conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the signed service agreement controls with respect to the services.

Service agreements renew automatically as disclosed in the agreement. We send a renewal reminder between 30 and 60 days before each renewal date, and you may cancel renewal by the same means you used to sign the agreement (including electronically), in accordance with s. 501.165, Florida Statutes.

If you sign a service agreement at your home, you have the right to cancel it within three (3) business days, as described in the "Buyer's Right to Cancel" notice in the agreement.

Disputes relating to the services are resolved as provided in the signed service agreement — binding individual arbitration in Broward County, Florida, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with a waiver of class actions, except for collection actions. These Terms continue to govern your use of the Site.

4. Communications Consent & SMS Terms

By providing your contact information, you consent to be contacted by phone, email, and (where you opt in) text message regarding your request and our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

SMS program terms: When you opt in to text messages from Magical Pest Control, you may receive appointment reminders, service updates, and (only with separate express consent) occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time — you will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to Magical Pest Control and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
